When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase our product(s). SolWash reserves the right to accept or decline your order at any time. Orders are confirmed only once payment is successfully processed.

SECTION 4 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We aim to process and ship all orders promptly. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary based on carrier delays, weather, or other factors beyond our control.
Once a package is transferred to the carrier, the risk of loss passes to you. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at sbassett@buysolwash.com within 5 business days of delivery.
SECTION 5 – RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Due to the hygienic nature of mouthwash, we only accept returns of unopened and unused bottles within 30 days of delivery.
