Order Processing



We aim to process and ship all orders within 1–3 business days after your order is placed.


  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
  • You’ll receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed, and a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.



Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.





Shipping Rates & Delivery Times



Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order weight.

Estimated delivery times:


  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 2–3 business days
  • International Shipping: 7–21 business days (customs delays may apply)



Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary based on your location, weather, and carrier conditions.





Free Shipping



We may offer free standard shipping promotions from time to time. These will be clearly stated on our website and apply only to qualifying orders after discounts and before taxes.





Order Tracking



Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package’s journey.

If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 business days, please contact us at sbassett@buysolwash.com with your order number.





Shipping Carriers



We primarily use USPS, UPS, or FedEx for U.S. orders, and DHL or USPS International for global orders.

Carrier selection is based on destination, weight, and shipping speed.





Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages



Once your order leaves our facility, the carrier assumes responsibility for delivery.

If your package is lost, delayed, or damaged during transit:


  1. Notify the carrier immediately using your tracking number.
  2. Contact us at sbassett@buysolwash.com within 5 business days so we can assist with a claim.



We are not responsible for packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier but reported missing. Please check with neighbors, household members, or your local post office before reaching out.





International Shipping & Customs



International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or local taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Customs policies vary by country—please check with your local customs office for details.

SolWash is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.





Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses



If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for paying the reshipping fee.





Out-of-Stock or Pre-Order Items



If an item is out of stock or on pre-order, we’ll notify you via email with an estimated restock or shipping date. Orders containing both available and pre-order items may ship separately.
