Return Timeframe

You have 30 days from the date you receive your SolWash product to initiate a return request.


Eligibility for Return


  • The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original condition (i.e. no tampering, no dilution, no missing seals).
  • Original packaging (bottle, cap, seal, box, etc.) must be intact.
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number, receipt, confirmation email).
  • Returns that don’t meet these conditions may be rejected.



How to Request a Return


  1. Email us at sbassett@buysolwash.com with:
    • Your order number
    • Date of purchase
    • Product name(s) you wish to return
    • Reason for return
    • If applicable, photos (for damage, leakage, etc.)

  2. Once your return is approved, we’ll send you instructions and a prepaid return shipping label (if eligible).
  3. You must ship the item back within 7 calendar days of receiving the return authorization.



Important: Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refund Process


  • After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund is approved.
  • If approved, we’ll refund the purchase amount (excluding original shipping costs) to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card to post the refund.
  • If 15 business days have passed after approval and you haven’t received your refund, contact us at sbassett@buysolwash



Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items


  • Please inspect your package upon arrival.
  • If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, notify us within 5 days of receipt with photos and a description of the issue.
  • We’ll evaluate and, if confirmed, either replace the item or issue a full refund (including return shipping).



Non-Returnable Items / Exceptions

Due to hygiene and safety concerns, we generally cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or partially used. However, if you believe there is a quality issue, reach out and we’ll evaluate.

Also, we do not accept returns on:


  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Products that have been opened, diluted, or used
  • Products returned outside the time window without prior approval



Exchanges

We do not generally process direct exchanges. If you want another product, initiate a return for the original item (if eligible), and then place a separate new order.
